Common questions

The coach doesn't react when I sign. Prop your phone up at arm's length with the front camera facing you. Keep your face, shoulders and hands in view, with light in front of you. Raise your hand to start a sign, then lower it or hold still to finish.

I'm left-handed. Choose your dominant hand in Me → Settings. SignWise mirrors its checks for you.

The feedback for a sign looks wrong. Tap Report on the result screen in the app. It sends us the sign and the score so we can fix it.

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Me → Settings → Delete account. Your account and progress are removed immediately.
